Nicholas Torrez, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Nicholas Torrez is a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in providing exceptional healthcare services. As a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), Nicholas is dedicated to delivering comprehensive and patient-centered care across a wide range of health issues.

Nicholas earned his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Texas, Arlington. He is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and has specialized training in family medicine, men's health, aesthetics, chronic disease management, and preventive care. He obtained his BSN from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center of El Paso and served many years as a dialysis nurse in the community. 

Throughout his career, Nicholas has worked in various healthcare settings, including primary care clinics, dialysis centers, telehealth platforms, and most recently Urology. His diverse experience has equipped him with the skills to manage both acute and chronic conditions effectively. Nicholas is particularly passionate about men's health issues, and the interventions to improve the quality of men's lives. 

Known for his empathetic approach and excellent communication skills, Nicholas takes the time to listen to his patients' concerns, educate them about their health, and involve them in their treatment plans. He believes in building strong patient-provider relationships based on trust and mutual respect.

In addition to his clinical practice, Nicholas is an advocate for health education, and he also stays current with the latest medical advancements by completing continuing education courses and reviewing medical journals and research. 

Outside of his professional life, Nicholas enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
